Indoor field hockey is a fast and exciting sport and an excellent way for introductory and experienced players to develop and improve stick skills during the winter months.

The in-house program is recreational in nature with emphasis on perfecting indoor stick skills and playing games.  It is offered once a week for a 8-12 week period, December through February. Players participate in local play days with other area programs.

Travel teams are an option for the competitive field hockey athlete at the U19 level, and with the 2010-2011 program, at the U16 level.  These teams participate in USA Field Hockey National Indoor Tournament qualifying events and major tournaments in Pennsylvania and neighboring states.

The coaching staff consists of knowledgeable and experienced indoor field hockey coaches and players who are excited to teach and coach the sport to area field hockey players.

Required Equipment:  Indoor Field Hockey Stick**, Shin Guards, Mouth Guard
