Off-season training opportunities are available for high school and middle school field hockey players during the winter, spring, and summer months.

The focus of winter and spring training is for field hockey players to build a foundation of strength and develop explosive power movements.  Sessions are held twice a week, beginning in early December after the close of the fall season and running into mid-May.

Summer training is geared towards preparing athletes for the fall season by developing a solid aerobic fitness base.  Sessions run twice a week, beginning in mid-June and running up to the start of fall team tryouts in mid-August.  Players train in speed, agility, power, endurance, core strength and flexibility.
