Summer league is designed to provide a fun way for players to stay active over the summer months while learning and improving their field hockey skills.  It is also a great way for middle school and high school players to work on their skills and improve their game play to prepare for the fall season.

The summer league program consists of age and ability appropriate drills and game play for players in 1st through 12th grades.  A greater emphasis is placed on drills-for-skills for the younger players with increasing emphasis on game play in the upper elementary, middle school and high school levels.

College players home for the summer make up the coaching staff.  With the warm weather, some sessions include spirited water activities involving water balloons and super soakers.
